Every girl deserves someone who believes in her. Through positive mentoring relationships, we provide encouragement, guidance, accountability, and support as girls navigate school, friendships, family life, and personal challenges. Our mentors help girls build confidence, strengthen character, and believe in their ability to succeed.

Leadership begins with confidence and purpose. Girls participate in activities that strengthen communication, decision-making, teamwork, responsibility, problem-solving, and public speaking. We encourage every participant to discover her voice and become a positive leader in her school, family, and community.

Education opens the door to opportunity. We encourage academic achievement by promoting good study habits, goal setting, career exploration, college awareness, scholarships, and lifelong learning. Our goal is to help every girl believe that higher education and career success are within her reach.

Healthy minds build healthy futures. We create a safe and encouraging environment where girls can develop self-confidence, emotional resilience, healthy coping skills, positive self-esteem, and supportive relationships. Every girl should know that asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness.

Giving back helps build strong leaders. Girls participate in meaningful community service projects, volunteer opportunities, and outreach activities that teach compassion, responsibility, teamwork, and civic pride. By serving others, they learn they have the power to make a lasting difference in their communities.
Enrollment is open to girls ages 12–18 throughout East Texas
We welcome girls ages 12–18 from communities throughout East Texas, including Gladewater, Gilmer, Longview, and surrounding areas. All program meetings are held in Gladewater, Texas.
