Sister's With A Dream is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization serving girls ages 12–18 in East Texas. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through sisterswithadream.org, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep this policy in plain language so parents, guardians, volunteers, and community partners can easily understand it.

We only collect information that you choose to give us through the forms on this website. Depending on the form you complete, this may include:

• Enrollment interest: parent or guardian name, phone number, email address, and the number of girls you would like to enroll.
• Volunteer applications: name, contact information, availability, areas of interest, background and reference details you provide, and your electronic signature and date.
• Sponsorship and partnership requests: individual or organization name, contact person, contact information, sponsorship level or partnership type, preferences you select, and your electronic signature and date.
• Contact messages: name, email address, optional phone number, subject, and your message.
• Newsletter signups: your email address and any name you provide.

Donations are processed on a separate, third-party donation platform. Payment card details are entered on that platform and are never collected or stored by this website.

How We Use Your Information

• To contact you about enrollment, programs, events, and scheduling.
• To review and follow up on volunteer, sponsorship, and partnership requests.
• To respond to questions and messages you send us.
• To send program updates or newsletters when you have asked to receive them.

Our programs serve girls ages 12–18. The enrollment form on this website is intended to be completed by a parent or legal guardian, and we ask that a parent or guardian be involved in any communication with our organization about a minor. Information about a girl in our programs is gathered primarily through the in-person enrollment process with a parent or guardian present, not through this website. A parent or guardian may ask us at any time to review, correct, or delete information we hold about their child by contacting us using the details below.

Third-Party Services

We rely on a small number of reputable service providers to operate this website. They process information only to provide their service to us:

• Website hosting and database: our website and form submissions are hosted and stored with our website and database service providers.
• Email notifications: when you submit a form, a notification email is sent to our organization through our email delivery provider.
• Donations: online gifts are handled by our third-party donation platform (Givebutter), which has its own privacy and payment practices.

Cookies and Analytics

This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party advertising trackers. Our hosting provider keeps standard technical records, such as basic request logs, needed to operate and secure the site. If we add website analytics in the future, we will update this policy first.

How We Protect Your Information

Information submitted through our forms is transmitted over a secure (HTTPS) connection and stored in our database with access limited to authorized Sister's With A Dream leadership. Our administrative area, where submissions can be reviewed and exported, is password protected. We keep information only as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected or for our recordkeeping obligations. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to safeguard what you share with us.

Your Choices

You may ask us to correct or delete the information you submitted, or to stop sending you newsletters, at any time. Newsletter emails also include an option to unsubscribe.
